Como could prove tricky customers 

There is an almighty title race going on in Serie A and both 2023-24 champions Inter Milan and surprise package Como are right at the heart of it. 

Inter remained one point off the summit by bouncing back from their derby defeat to AC with a 2-0 win at Pisa last weekend while Cesc Fabregas’ Como are just three points behind the Nerazzurri. 

This pair are two of Serie A’s form sides and that is likely to show on the San Siro pitch. 

In-form pair to put on a show at San Siro

An excellent defence has been key to Como’s success, with no Serie A side conceding fewer goals than their seven, but shutting out Inter may prove a difficult task. 

Christian Chivu’s men have scored a league-high 28 goals this term and also put five past Venezia in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday, but even that firepower is not guaranteed to yield three points against a red-hot side who are unbeaten in 12 games. 

Inter have managed just two clean sheets in their last six matches, suggesting Como, who routed Torino 5-1 in their last away game, can score alongside their hosts in a scintillating showdown at San Siro.
