Real Sociedad vs Man Utd – Man Utd to win at 6/5

Manchester United need a win to stand any chance of topping their Europa League group and they have a good chance of claiming an all-important three points against a Real Sociedad side that have lost two of their last three in all competitions.

Erik ten Hag’s side have looked a transformed side since their 6-3 humbling in the Manchester Derby, remaining unbeaten in the eight matches since and winning six of them.

Cologne vs Nice – Nice to win at 11/4

Group D of the Europa Conference League is delicately balanced with just one point separating Nice and Cologne before they face off in this final clash.

Cologne are on the outside looking in and will be aware that Partizan, who are level with Nice on eight points, are likely to beat Slovacko.

That means that the German side may have to force the issue and leave themselves open on the counter to a Nice team that have won four of their last seven away matches in all competitions.

Qarabag vs Freiburg – Qarabag to win at 19/20

Europa League Group G is a done deal for Freiburg, who will qualify as winners regardless of their result in Azerbaijan, so it would be no surprise if their levels dropped against Qarabag.

Manager Christian Streich has hinted he will rotate his side and no wonder given the eight-hour flight back from Baku takes off less than 72 hours before another important Bundesliga fixture.

Qarabag are a decent team in their own right, beating Nantes 3-0 at home soil and winning 3-0 away at Olympiacos during the group phase – as well as only narrowly losing the reverse fixture 2-1.

A win sends the Azerbaijanis through to the knockout stages and they can get one against what is likely to be a second-string Freiburg side.

Rennes vs AEK Larnaca – Both teams to score at 21/20

Rennes blew a 3-0 lead to draw 3-3 with Fenerbahce on matchday five so the Ligue 1 side will be targeting a handsome home win over AEK Larnaca to boost their chances of finishing top of Group B.

However, the home favourites may not have things all their own way as Larnaca have not been disgraced in the Europa League this season, scoring in four of their five group games including 2-1 home defeats to highflying Rennes and Fenerbahce.

The Cypriots also let slip a lead in a 3-3 draw last time out, conceding twice in the last ten minutes to share the spoils at home to Dynamo Kiev, but they look capable of landing a blow on the Rennes defence on matchday six.
