Bury vs Newport County Predictions

After dropping down from League One last season, there was always going to be a transition period for Bury as they adjusted to life at the lower level. Their chances of success, however, was always going to hinge on how quickly they could recover from their relegation hangover, and if they are able to claim all three points from high flying Newport County on Tuesday evening then they will believe they can make a charge for an immediate return to England’s third tier.

That result is not exactly a fluke either as Bury are now undefeated in their last five league matches and, although very early in the season, they currently occupy the last of the play-off places. County have performed far above expectations so far this term and they are currently sit in fourth place.
