      Frosinone vs Juventus Predictions

Juventus have won 13 straight Serie A games, the slow start to the season is a distant memory and there’ll be few people betting on the defending champions to buckle before Napoli, the team they are pursuing do. In their latest victory over Genoa, there were at least signs of Juventus slowing down, signs of mortality, they only managed to scrap past the visitors 1-0 after winning the previous two games by a combined 7-0 scoreline. By the way, Juventus haven’t conceded a goal since a 2-1 win over Sampdoria on January 10.

Frosinone snapped a win-less streak that dated back to the first weekend in December with a 1-0 victory against Bologna in their last game. They’re still stranded in the relegation zone by five points, but every victory is desperately necessary at this stage of the season for Frosinone.

      Head-to-Head

This is only the fourth meeting between these two clubs. They met twice in 2006/07, the year that Juventus were relegated on corruption charges. The teams met during the defending champions troubled stretch previously this season, where the newly promoted upstarts managed to battle for a well-deserved 1-1 draw. It could be different this time around.

      Team News

Daniel Pavlovic is expected to miss out for Frosinone, who will also be concerned with Arlind Ajet’s health. Part of Juventus’ struggle against Genoa was caused by injuries. Mario Mandzukic was already sidelined and Sami Khedira had to leave the game early, he’s expected to miss 2-3 weeks. Kwadwo Asamoah and Giorgio Chiellini are also expected to be kept out of this game.

      Reasons for Betting Tip

It really comes down to attacking talent and confidence. Even with their injuries and even as the chances surely increase of the streak ending the longer it goes on, Juventus has attacking talent and confidence in abundance right now and we can’t envision anything other than a very comfortable victory against a defensively fragile Frosinone.
