Hartlepool have had a frustrating start to the season and after almost a quarter of the season they find themselves in 13th position after their opening 11 games. A lot of their troubles have come on home turf and after their first five games at Victoria Park they have only managed to claim four points, a record which is the fourth worst in the division.
