Jonkopings Sodra are having a relatively successful season in the Sweden Allsvenskan after their first ever promotion from the Sweden Superettan last year. They had been stuck in the 2nd tier since 2006, but after gradual improvement, they finally managed to win the title and earn a place in the top flight.

Like their hosts, they have enjoyed a decent start to life up in the top flight. Their points tally sits at 23 from 17 games, putting them a point clear of Jonkopings Sodra and just eight adrift of the top three.

Ostersunds FK’s points tally is very similar to their hosts, and their current form is no different. They have won two, drawn two, and lost two of their last six matches, exactly the same as Jonkopings Sodra have. Even more coincidentally is the fact that Ostersunds FK are also coming into this match on the back of a landslide victory, with their 4-0 win at home to GIF Sundsvall granting them a well earned three points.

Away from home Ostersunds FK have struggled a bit, losing four and drawing three of their last seven trips away. However, Jonkopings Sodra have drawn four, lost one, and won just one of their last six at home. This makes a stalemate look like a decent prediction, and odds of 12/5 for a Draw are excellent value for money.
