Legia Warsaw vs Sporting Lisbon Predictions, Betting Tips and Match Previews

Legia Warsaw have certainly brought a brand of entertainment to the Champions League group stages this season. The Polish side have been involved in a number of incredibly high scoring games, and their most recent one will go down in history as one of the most entertaining matches in the Champions League.

They shockingly took the lead away to Borussia Dortmund, but an absurd spell of three goals in three minutes saw them fall behind. By the time half time rolled around it was already 5-2 to Dortmund, and it didn’t stop there. Eventually the final whistle was blown at 8-4, leaving the crowd breathless and Legia Warsaw bottom of the group with just one game remaining.

Legia Warsaw are just two points adrift of Sporting Lisbon though, so a win on Wednesday would see them qualify for the Europa League knockout stages.
