Atletli will soon play Real Madrid for the third time this year but must first turn their attention to the clash with Vallecano as Diego Simeone’s men look to consolidate a top-four berth in the league.

And, having conceded in only one of those victories, they could be worth a bet to win this fixture without conceding.

Shot-shy Vallecano unlikely to cause many problems

Vallecano are locked in mid-table obscurity and can boast one of the best defences in the division, having conceded fewer goals than Barcelona and only one more than highflyers Girona in the league.

But at the other end of the pitch, they have been poor, scoring only 18 times in 21 matches.

They have drawn blanks in each of their last two matches against Las Palmas and Real Sociedad and could also be kept out by Los Rojiblancos, who are worth backing to win the match 2-0.
