Barnsley are out to win three straight league games against Birmingham for the first time since August 1947, but that’s far from easy given how well the Blues have started.

Only Bournemouth have beaten them across their opening four matches of the campaign. In fact, since Lee Bowyer arrived at St Andrew’s, only three sides (QPR, Bournemouth, Coventry) have won more points in the Championship than Birmingham (24).
