FC Copenhagen vs Zenit St Petersburg Predictions

Making the trip to Denmark is a Zenit side who are also performing well in the early stages of their domestic season and they look very much on track to win their fifth Russian Premier League. The Russians managed to overcome Molde in the qualifying stages to make it through but their close encounter showed that they can be vulnerable when put under pressure.

With both sides showing vulnerabilities in their recent outings, we do not feel as though backing either side on the win-draw-win market is the right thing to do. Instead, we think that the strength of both of these attacks will prevail so backing them both to find the back of the net is the way to go in this fixture.

If the hosts are to come out on top, then Dame N’Doye will almost certainly play a pivotal role. The experienced Senegal striker has seven goals in his nine outings so far this term and a goal in each of his previous two matches, so he looks like a good bet to score any time against Zenit this Thursday.
