The Bundesliga returns after the winter break with an exciting clash between RB Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt and the latter needed the break badly. They had lost six of their last eight matches in all competitions, putting a major dent in their aims of securing European football next season.

They are nine points behind Leipzig in the table, who are in turn nine points adrift of shock league leaders Bayer Leverkusen, so neither side can afford a slip up here.

Leipzig have been in rock solid home form this season however, taking 20 points from a possible 24 at the Red Bull Arena in the Bundesliga this term.

They should be able to secure a home win against a Frankfurt side that have lost their last four away games in all competitions, including defeats to Aberdeen and third tier side Saarbrucken.
