Auxerre vs Strasbourg Predictions

Strasbourg are the best bet away at Auxerre on Saturday. The hosts have gone four Ligue 1 home games without a win and have lost three of their last four matches at Stade de l’Abbe-Deschamps.

Auxerre’s struggles in front of goal are a major concern. They have failed to score in six of their last eight home games in the league, and no team has gone more games without finding the net this season.

Strasbourg can edge this, with a 1-0 correct score in favour of the visitors looking like a decent bet. At least one of the teams did not score in four of the last five Ligue 1 meetings between these sides, and three of Strasbourg’s ten wins this season have been by a 1-0 scoreline. Auxerre have lost by a single goal eight times in the league.
