Euro 2025 Outright Winner Tip
Montse Tome’s side look to have a much easier group that contains Italy, Portugal and Belgium, especially as they put 19 goals past the latter two in four Nations League meetings this season. Spain have demonstrated they know how to bottle a winning formula and they look strong candidates to add to their trophy collection.
Month In Sport Accumulator Tip
Montse Tome’s side look to have a much easier group that contains Italy, Portugal and Belgium, especially as they put 19 goals past the latter two in four Nations League meetings this season. Spain have demonstrated they know how to bottle a winning formula and they look strong candidates to add to their trophy collection.
Tadej Pogacar has been nigh on unbeatable since winning a third yellow jersey, claiming the world championship title and three Monuments, and he looks capable of landing this year’s Tour de France.
Lando Norris is yet to win around Silverstone, but the 25-year-old has outperformed team-mate Oscar Piastri in each of their two British Grands Prix at McLaren, finishing third here last year and second the year before, both times over 12 seconds ahead of the Australian.
Ryan Fox looks an excellent each-way bet at generous odds. Fox has claimed PGA Tour titles at the Myrtle Beach Classic and the Canadian Open since the start of May. He is a proven links specialist, winning the Dunhill Links in 2022 – where three of the four rounds are played on Open venues – and he was 16th at Portrush in 2019.
Oleksandr Usyk already has one KO win over Daniel Dubois on his CV and he can remove any controversy over that result with another stoppage in the rematch. The Ukrainian is too slick to get caught by Dubois and has the power and accuracy to win without needing the scorecards.
Correct Score Double Tip
A 2-1 home win for Hammarby looks likely. They have won their last two games by that scoreline, while Varnamo have lost twice by 2-1 this season. With Hammarby in strong form and Varnamo struggling, a narrow victory for the hosts is a solid bet.
1-0 was the score in both of the Netherlands’ wins in qualifying and Wales restricted their opponents to no more than a single goal in four of their six Nations League games.
Bet of the Day Tip
Bayern Munich have won their last four meetings with PSG, but this is a very different side and Les Parisiens head into this clash having won eight of their last nine in all competitions. Bayern Munich beat Flamengo 4-2 last time out, but they had just four shots on target, lost the shot count 12-8, and allowed the Brazilian side 1.37 expected goals to their 0.91.
Bet to Net Best Bet Tip
Achraf Hakimi found the net again against Inter Miami, following on from his goal against Seattle Sounders. The attack-minded right-back now has a goal in five of his last eight appearances in all competitions.
MLS Mega Accumulator Tip
Inter Miami have scored at least two goals in five of their last seven games in all competitions while Montreal have conceded at least two goals in four of their last five home matches. The Herons beat Montreal 4-2 in a recent match in Miami and look capable of scoring multiple goals again.
Chicago Fire’s ten MLS away games this season have produced a huge 50 goals, with over 2.5 goals landing in all of them and the visitors having the joint-third worst defensive record in the division. Over 2.5 goals and both teams to score has landed in each of FC Cincinnati’s last four at home.
Austin FC have scored six goals in their last three home games and face a Los Angeles FC side that have conceded twice or more in six of their last seven away matches.
Nashville SC have drawn their last two home games and face a Philadelphia Union side that have lost just one of their last 14 games, while the visitors are unbeaten in their last three trips to Nashville.
Back Portland to beat New England Revolution at home. Portland are six points better off, unbeaten in nine MLS home games with six wins. New England have managed just one win in their last eight, struggling defensively with no clean sheet in three, making the hosts the stronger pick.
Both teams have scored with over 2.5 goals in four of San Diego’s last six matches and in four of Houston’s last six matches. San Diego are in much better form, having won four in a row while Houston have lost three of their last four, so the hosts can take the points.
MLS Best Bet Tip
Inter Miami have scored at least two goals in five of their last seven games in all competitions while Montreal have conceded at least two goals in four of their last five home matches. The Herons beat Montreal 4-2 in a recent match in Miami and look capable of scoring multiple goals again.
MLS Accumulator Tip
Inter Miami have scored at least two goals in five of their last seven games in all competitions while Montreal have conceded at least two goals in four of their last five home matches. The Herons beat Montreal 4-2 in a recent match in Miami and look capable of scoring multiple goals again.
Back Atlanta United to beat out-of-form DC United at Audi Field. DC have won just one of their last nine home MLS games and have struggled to score, netting only nine goals in 11 matches. Atlanta are close in points and look poised to take advantage of DC’s defensive woes.
Real Salt Lake should be backed to beat struggling St Louis at Rio Tinto Stadium. St Louis have lost their last five MLS away games and scored just seven goals in ten away matches. Real Salt Lake hold a slight points advantage and look set to take advantage of St Louis’s poor form.
Back both teams to score when San Jose Earthquakes face New York Red Bulls. San Jose have netted in six straight MLS games, with BTTS landing in their last four. The last five meetings between these sides have all seen both teams score, and New York have also been involved in frequent BTTS games.
Premier League Opening Weekend Mega Accumulator Tip
Liverpool won by at least two goals in nine of their 14 home victories last season, while they comfortably saw off Bournemouth home and away. The Cherries lost 3-0 at Anfield and 2-0 at home to the Reds, despite enjoying a successful campaign.Bournemouth have already sold Dean Huijsen to Real Madrid, while Liverpool are pursuing their left-back Milos Kerkez. The Reds will have plenty of time to bed in their new signings, while Andoni Iraola’s side will likely start this campaign weakened at the back. Back the champions to lay down a marker in their opener.
Despite little expectation, there was plenty of promise in Fabian Hurzeler’s first season at the Amex and it would be no surprise to see a young Brighton side take another forward step next term. The Seagulls saw out the campaign by drawing with Newcastle and beating West Ham, Wolves, Liverpool and Tottenham in their final five matches and they have already added Sunderland’s playoff hero Tommy Watson and Italy Under-21 centre-back Diego Coppola to a strong squad.Fulham, meanwhile, lost five of their last seven matches of the season, only beating Southampton and Brentford, and are yet to bring in any new faces, suggesting an opening-day defeat may be on the cards for the Cottagers.
Brentford have a busy summer ahead as they plan for a future after Thomas Frank but they should be ready for the opening weekend of the season and can start with a win against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground. The Bees might be without Bryan Mbeumo, who has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United, but they are usually a step ahead when it comes to player recruitment and are likely to assemble a strong squad over the next few weeks.Forest will be in for a tough game and they might struggle to shrug off the disappointment of missing out on Champions League qualification. The Tricky Trees have taken one point from their last four home games and they could be stung by the Bees.
Only champions Liverpool are a shorter price than Tottenham to win their opening Premier League fixture and I think I would look to oppose Spurs.Of course, a home tie against Burnley appears a fairly kind fixture, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the Clarets, who conceded only 16 goals in 46 Championship matches last term, were difficult to break down. The decision to replace Ange Postecoglou with Thomas Frank wasn’t met with unanimous euphoria in north London and it could take a while for Spurs to find their stride.
Pep Guardiola must adapt his usual pre-season plans due to Manchester City’s involvement in the Club World Cup and the Citizens could drop points in a tricky opening assignment at Wolves.City made hard work of May’s 1-0 home victory over Wolves, who hit the woodwork twice at the Etihad Stadium, and they needed a 95th-minute John Stones winner at Molineux in October.Wolves sold forward Matheus Cunha to Manchester United and left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri to City but their recruitment has been good in recent years and they won ten of their 22 league matches after Vitor Pereira’s arrival in December.
Leeds were the highest-scoring side in last season’s Championship, but they may find the going tougher in the top flight, and they could kick off their season with a low-scoring affair at Elland Road.Ten of Everton’s final 12 games of 2024/25 featured fewer than three goals, and their away games throughout last season averaged a Premier League low of 1.95 goals per game. A mere 26 per cent of them went over 2.5 goals, and no team outside the top four conceded fewer goals than the Toffees.
Accumulator Tip
SK Brann are second in the Eliteserien, 14 points above their hosts, and have won three of their last four away. Ham-Kam sit 13th and concede heavily at home. Brann average 2.67 goals away against bottom-half sides.
Back over 2.5 goals when Osters host Mjallby. The visitors have the strongest attack in the Allsvenskan, with over 2.5 landing in six of their seven away games. Osters have scored in five straight matches, and Mjallby have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last five away.
VPS have only lost two of their eight competitive home games this season and have avoided defeat in three of their last five home meetings with HJK, while Saturday’s visitors lost at KuPS in their last away game and have failed to win four of their seven home league games this season.
Union Espanola have started to pick up results at home, avoiding defeat in six of their last ten competitive home games and winning four of them. They may be able to spring a surprise against a Universidad de Chile side that have lost their last four away games.
Both Teams to Score Treble Tip
Mjallby have scored three or more in five games this season, and no side has featured in more both-teams-to-score matches, while Oster’s last five games have featured goals at both ends.
The Bavarian side have scored 17 goals in their four games so far, though, so expect them to threaten at the other end.
Molde have won four of their last five competitive away games but have shipped four goals in their last three trips, while Tromso have scored in four of their last six home games, losing three of them.
Goals Galore Accumulator Tip
Back over 2.5 goals when Osters host Mjallby. The visitors have the strongest attack in the Allsvenskan, with over 2.5 landing in six of their seven away games. Osters have scored in five straight matches, and Mjallby have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last five away.
SJK have scored 17 goals in their last four home games and over 2.5 goals has landed in each of them, while Ilves have seen three or more goals in four of their last five away games.
Expect goals when Viking host Stromsgodset in the Eliteserien. Viking lead the league, unbeaten in 13, with ten wins from 14, while Stromsgodset sit 15th with nine defeats in 11. Over 2.5 goals is the bet, with Viking’s games often high-scoring and both teams shaky in defence.
Back over 2.5 goals as Hammarby host Varnamo. Hammarby have scored in 17 of their last 19 league games and are chasing a fourth consecutive win. Varnamo are bottom with no victories and have lost five of six away. Goals should flow at Tele2 Arena.
Back over 3.5 goals when Tromsø host Molde. Tromsø have scored at least twice in four of their last six Eliteserien games and over 3.5 has landed in five of their 11 matches. With both sides capable in attack and Tromsø conceding often at home, goals look likely.
Underdog Treble Tip
Malmo are the best bet away at GAIS. The visitors sit just above their hosts in the table, pushing to stay in the title race. GAIS have failed to keep a clean sheet in eight of their last nine Allsvenskan games, giving Malmo a strong chance to secure three points.
Fredrikstad are the bet away at Valerenga, whose home form is poor with just one win in nine at Ullevaal. Fredrikstad sit eighth, three points above Valerenga, and face a defence that hasn’t kept a clean sheet in six. The visitors look capable of taking advantage.
Union Espanola have started to pick up results at home, avoiding defeat in six of their last ten competitive home games and winning four of them. They may be able to spring a surprise against a Universidad de Chile side that have lost their last four away games.

Women's Euro 2025 Double
Despite their heavy defeat by Italy, Wales have a general trend towards low scores even against high-quality opponents, while Netherlands did not score more than once in any of their qualifiers.
Sarina Wiegman has an impeccable tournament group-stage record with the Lionesses and this is where it matters. They have won 14 straight group-stage games at major tournaments, and they can begin their title defence with a win.
Both Teams to Score & Win Double Tip
Bayern Munich have won their last four meetings with PSG, but this is a very different side and Les Parisiens head into this clash having won eight of their last nine in all competitions. Experts' Accumulator Tip
The Champions League winners have carried on from where they left off at the end of the season, with some impressive displays in America. They now face Bayern in Atlanta on Saturday (5pm BST) in what is likely to be physically draining conditions once again.Weather forecasts for Georgia suggest it will be a humid 33 degrees and that could also help a PSG team that are full of confidence at present. The average age of the PSG party is 24.8 years, compared to 27.7 years of the Bayern squad – who have kept just one clean sheet in the tournament and that was in the 10-0 win over Auckland FC.PSG will also have revenge on their minds, with Bayern beating them 1-0 in last season’s Champions League, when Ousmane Dembele was sent off in the second half.
France and England meet in a heavyweight Euro 2025 clash on Saturday and the Lionesses may have been overrated by the prices.Sarina Wiegman’s women are the defending European champions, but this is not the same squad which lifted the trophy in 2022.Ellen White and Jill Scott have retired, while Rachel Daly, Mary Earps, Fran Kirby and Millie Bright have quit international football.Alex Greenwood, Georgia Stanway and Lauren Hemp have only just returned from serious injuries and Lauren James is a major doubt for the Zurich clash.
Real Madrid have been making quiet but steady progress at the Club World Cup and they can ease through to the semi-finals by defeating Borussia Dortmund at MetLife Stadium.Xabi Alonso is off to a strong start at Real’s manager and has a nice selection headache to consider with Kylian Mbappe closing in on full fitness and fellow striker Gonzalo Garcia in goalscoring form.Real were dominant 1-0 winners over Juventus in the round of 16 and should have too much quality for Dortmund, who have been unconvincing despite a favourable run of fixtures. The Yellow-Blacks lost the shot count 14 to six while winning 2-1 against Monterrey, and their good fortune may be about to run out.
Inter Miami are back in MLS action overnight on Saturday after their Club World Cup bid was ended by PSG, and a trip to struggling Montreal provides a great chance for their star-studded line-up to make a winning return to their domestic competition.Montreal claimed a 1-0 win over New York City in their last home game but that was their first MLS victory of the season at Saputo Stadium at the ninth attempt, losing five of their previous eight games at this venue.Inter won the reverse fixture 4-2 and picked up back-to-back draws in road games at strong San Jose and Philadelphia sides prior to their break for CWC. If Inter Miami can pick up where they left off with that kind of level of performance against Montreal they should run out fairly comfortable winners in this MLS fixture.
Only the Allsvenskan’s top two have avoided defeat at Elfsborg this term, with the hosts picking up five victories at their own ground. The hosts have scored 18 times across their seven home matches, while they meet a midtable Hacken side on Sunday.Hacken have suffered three defeats on their travels already this term, while they’ve failed to beat any of the current top six. Fourth-placed Elfsborg should head into this contest full of confidence, so back them to see off one of the weakest travellers in Sweden’s top-flight.
Norway Women and Finland Women both made winning starts to their Euro 2025 campaigns but the Norwegians can take charge of Group A with victory over the Finns on Sunday. They had to come from behind to beat tournament hosts Switzerland 2-1 on matchday one, when star forward Ada Hegerberg scored a header and missed a penalty during an eventful second half.Norway have lost only three of their last 19 competitive matches and they should bring Finland back down to earth after Wednesday’s 1-0 win over Iceland, who had Hildur Antonsdottir sent off in the 58th minute.
Double Chance Treble Tip
VPS have only lost two of their eight competitive home games this season and have avoided defeat in three of their last five home meetings with HJK, while Saturday’s visitors lost at KuPS in their last away game and have failed to win four of their seven home league games this season.

Club World Cup Double Tip
Bayern Munich have won their last four meetings with PSG, but this is a very different side and Les Parisiens head into this clash having won eight of their last nine in all competitions. Bayern Munich beat Flamengo 4-2 last time out, but they had just four shots on target, lost the shot count 12-8, and allowed the Brazilian side 1.37 expected goals to their 0.91.
Real Madrid have won the last four meetings between them and Borussia Dortmund, putting five past the German side when they met in the Champions League in November, and they are fancied to get the better of them once more when the pair meet in the Club World Cup.
Evening Win Accumulator Tip

Bayern Munich beat Flamengo 4-2 last time out, but they had just four shots on target, lost the shot count 12-8, and allowed the Brazilian side 1.37 expected goals to their 0.91.
Bodo/Glimt look the best bet away at Kristiansund. The hosts have lost five of their last seven at home and struggle for goals, failing to score in six of their last eight at their ground. Bodo/Glimt, who’ve scored in 48 of 50 league games, should capitalise on Saturday.
Shamrock Rovers are in form on their travels and look set to continue that trend away to Sligo on Saturday. The visitors have been winners on four of their last five Premier Division away days, and they should be backed to secure another victory at The Showgrounds.
Sarina Wiegman has an impeccable tournament group-stage record with the Lionesses and this is where it matters. They have won 14 straight group-stage games at major tournaments, and they can begin their title defence with a win.
