Leverkusen deliver results and entertainment

Bayer Leverkusen’s long unbeaten record may have been brought to an end earlier this season by RB Leipzig, but they have since bounced back and have now only lost one of their last 61 games across all competitions.

Not only are Xabi Alonso’s side hard to beat, but they also provide plenty of entertainment, as they have scored in all of their eight matches to date this term, but have only kept two clean-sheets over the same period.

Six of Leverkusen’s eight matches in 2023/24 have also featured at least four goals and more entertainment is expected at the BayArena this midweek.

Milan boast attacking threat

AC Milan lost their Champions League opener on home soil to Liverpool, but they have won their two games since in Serie A, while they have only lost three of their last 10 away fixtures in Europe’s premier club competition.

Like Leverkusen, the Rossoneri have scored in every game so far this season, while over 2.5 goals has been a winning bet in all seven of their fixtures to date.

Both teams can contribute to a high-scoring game on Tuesday and given they are both hard to beat, a score draw could be the order of the day, with 2-2, a scoreline both sides have had already this season, standing out.
