They have made some bold transfer moves but they have signed players unproven in this league, and don’t necessarily seem any stronger than they were last season so they are among the contenders to drop down to League One.

Of all the promoted teams, Cambridge are perhaps the most likely to drop straight back down.

Tranmere lost 20 of their final 26 games last season and only avoided the drop by two points. The two teams that came up from the National League should be competitive and that should result in an intense relegation fight, and Rovers look likely to be involved.

Boca have endured a tough start to the Clausura season with just one point from two games. However, both of their fixtures so far have been away from home and this looks like a good chance for them to get a win on the board. Boca were unbeaten at home in the Apertura and they can grind out a win against Estudiantes.

Inter Miami have seven wins and a draw in their last eight games. This star-studded MLS side should be far too strong for out-of-sorts Atletico San Luis, who remain winless after three rounds of the Apertura.

Both teams have scored in Tigre’s last two games and they have just one clean sheet in their last five. Belgrano have gone five games without a clean sheet, but have scored themselves in seven of their last eight.
