Austin have had their defensive issues in the last few weeks and have to recover from a 5-1 defeat to San Jose earthquakes in their most recent outing. That should encourage Houston, who can see off their Texan rivals and build upon 1-0 wins over Orlando City and San Diego.

Alaves have seen both teams score in seven of their last eight games, which includes netting three goals against seventh-placed Real Sociedad and four at sixth-placed Celta Vigo. They can trouble a Real side that has conceded in eight straight La Liga matches.
