Lazio should be backed to get a shutout win over Monza on Sunday. The visitors have lost on their last four Serie A away games and are in for another tough afternoon at Stadio Olimpico.

Lazio are fourth in Serie A, 16 places and 29 points above rock-bottom Monza. The hosts have won 13 of their 23 games this season, while the visitors have just two wins so far.

Monza’s 1-0 defeat at home to Verona on Saturday was their third consecutive loss in Serie A. This was Verona’s first win in four games, and Monza were priced at 5/4 to win the match so it was a bitter disappointment for the strugglers to get turned over.

Monza have lost their last three games in Serie A, going down 2-0 to Genoa last week and losing 1-0 to Verona on Saturday.

Lazio are in form, while Monza are on a losing run. Lazio to win 1-0 looks a decent correct-score bet, with eight of Lazio’s 13 wins this season coming by a single goal and Monza having lost four games 1-0.
