The Panthers are favourites to win on the road in Atlanta despite losing 59-37 to Chicago in a crazy game last week as Atlanta’s quarterback crisis shows no sign of being resolved. The Falcons are best left alone until they can operate their offence smoothly and the visitors can cover.

The Bengals began their season with a win against Tampa Bay and while the Texans lost, there was no disgrace in their defeat by AFC favourites Buffalo. A close contest is likely between these two strong AFC contenders and after they scored 64 points between them, going over the total appeals.

The Browns had a tough time in Florida last Sunday as they were beaten 34-10 by the Jaguars and they have to return to the Florida heat just a week later to face Tampa Bay. The Bucs also lost their opener, 33-27 to the Bengals, but they were more competitive and can cover in their home opener.

These teams scored 98 points between them in Week 1 but they also conceded a combined 59 and they could get together to produce another entertaining battle in the NFC North. The Vikings could be without QB Kyler Murray (concussion) but Carson Wentz is a solid replacement if required.

The Chargers were one of the biggest disappointments of Week 1 as they lost to the Cardinals and the Raiders are worth backing as handicap underdogs to at least be competitive in this AFC West clash. Las Vegas made a solid start by beating Miami and while this is tougher, they could prevail.

The Chiefs were impressive on both sides of the ball as they crushed the Broncos on Monday night while the Colts are already in crisis mode after a heavy home loss to the Ravens. A Sunday night trip to Arrowhead Stadium is unlikely to help and the hosts can record a smooth victory.
