      Both Teams To Score

      Reason for tip

Both teams to score looks the play here. Lincoln are flying and have scored in 18 straight games, but they have also looked less secure defensively. Blackpool are conceding too often, yet they have been finding the net away from home, especially in tougher matches, which gives BTTS strong appeal.

      Draw 1-1

      Reason for tip

A 1-1 draw stands out as the best correct-score option. Lincoln should score given their long scoring streak, but Blackpool have enough attacking threat to respond and have landed BTTS in four of their last five away games. Recent meetings have not always been high scoring, so a controlled stalemate makes sense.

      Lincoln City vs Blackpool Predictions

Goals on the cards at Sincil Bank

Take both teams to get a goal. Lincoln have scored in 18 games in a row and will be confident of finding the net when they host Blackpool at Sincil Bank on Saturday.

They are second in League One, 17 places and 31 points above Blackpool, with 20 wins from their 33 games this season. The visitors are 19th, having won ten, drawn seven and lost 16.

Lincoln have won nine of their last 11 League One home games, beating Northampton 4-0 last week in their most recent victory. Blackpool are finding it hard to put opponents away, winning just one of their last six matches, but they are unbeaten in five of the last six meetings with these opponents.

Both teams are struggling defensively, with Lincoln failing to keep a clean sheet in seven of their last nine League One games against Blackpool, who are on a run of five away days without shutting out the opposition. Only three other League One teams have conceded more than Blackpool’s 50 goals this season.

Blackpool will fancy their chances of scoring here. They have scored an average of 1.50 goals a game in their ten League One games against teams in the top six this season, and 1.00 goal a game in their four away games.

Both teams had scored by the break the last time these two met in League One in December, and both teams to score has been a winning bet in four of Blackpool’s last five League One away games.

It could be hard to separate these two sides, with the 1-1 draw looking a decent correct-score bet. Unders has been a winning bet in three of the last four League One games between them.
