Lyon will fancy their chances against Brest

Lyon’s remarkable late-season run can continue when they entertain second-placed Brest at Groupama Stadium on Sunday night.

Les Gones have won seven of their last nine Ligue 1 matches and will not be afraid of the challenge of taking on a Champions League contender. That is because they have already beaten third-placed Monaco and Nice, who were second at the time, since Pierre Sage took over as head coach.

Sage has simplified team tactics and instilled a much more attacking ethos than had been evident at Lyon under previous managers.
