Marseille have been irresistible since Jean-Louis Gasset took charge and should win a fifth game in a row when they take on inconsistent Nantes at Orange Velodrome on Sunday.

The Gabon goalscorer now has six to his name since Gasset took charge four games ago with Marseille winning each of those matches by a comfortable margin of two goals or more.

Canaries have been caught out away to top teams

So backing the hosts to finish a couple of goals clear of the Canaries seems a solid play right now. Nantes’s away results have been better than their home ones of late, but they have lost three of their four away games against top-eight teams this term by scores of 2-0, 3-1 and 4-0.

Nantes have also lost two of their last three games by scores of 2-0, although the way Marseille — and Aubameyang — are playing right now there may be more goals in this for the hosts.
