      Both Teams To Score

      Reason for tip

QPR are unbeaten in four away Championship matches this season, and while West Ham have been good at the London Stadium, Rangers have the attacking quality to find the net. Backing both teams to score is a play in east London.

      Draw 1-1

      Reason for tip

West Ham have looked good on occasions this season, but there have also been some disappointing efforts and the Irons are too short in this spot. Taking a 1-1 draw could pay dividends on Friday night.

West Ham United vs QPR Predictions

      • QPR are unbeaten in their four away Championship matches this season
      • West Ham have kept only two clean sheets in their 11 games this term
      • West Ham have conceded 11 goals in eight Championship contests

      Hoops attack can hit Hammers

West Ham have the chance to move to the top of the Championship if they can beat QPR on Friday night and the Hammers have shown signs of justifying their favouritism to win the second-tier title.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s men hammered Wolves 4-2, Derby were beaten 3-0 and Wrexham were crushed 6-0. On the evidence of those performances West Ham should beat Rangers at the London Stadium, but it hasn’t been all plain sailing for the Iron.

Draws against Millwall, Watford and Burnley, alongside a loss to Charlton suggests that West Ham can be vulnerable to Championship opposition.

The Irons have kept only two clean sheets in 11 all-completion matches this season and Nuno’s men have allowed 11 strikes in eight second-tier games.

QPR have talented attacking players, with Rumarn Burrell, Richard Kone, Koki Saito and Kwame Poku and the Hoops are unbeaten in four Championship away games.

The west Londoners have scored six goals in their four away second-tier games and that includes three strikes at Portsmouth and a brace at Blackburn.

QPR look capable of at least finding the net on the short trip east and both teams to score is a play at the London Stadium.
