Here’s how it went down:

First up we had a double header, as AGF took on Nordsjaelland in the Danish League and KuPS took on VPS in the Finnish League.

We got off to the absolute perfect start, as both away sides scored inside 5 minutes, with Lahde scoring for VPS on 3 minutes and Olsen scored for Nordsjaelland in the 4th minute. We didn’t have to wait long at all for the first leg to be in, as Pennanen equalised for KuPS in just the 11th minute! Douglas Cae scored for the visitors in that game in the 38th minute, with the game ending that way at 2-1 to VPS. It took slightly longer for the second goal in Aarhus, as AGF needed until the 71st minute to score via an Ankersen goal, with the game ending 1-1.

Next up we stayed in the Danish League as we headed into the 3rd game, with Brondby taking on Vejle. Again the trend continued as the away side Vejle scored early on, with Alan Sousa scoring in just the 8th minute. On the brink of half time, Brondby equalised through Wilczek. The game ended 1-1 and we moved on to the final leg.

Over to South America we went for the final leg of the accumulator, as we needed both teams to score in Palmeiras vs Atletico Miniero. It was the turn of the home side Palmeiras to score early on, with Moises scoring inside the first 3 minutes of the game! We had to wait until the 2nd half to see another goal, and it went to the right team as Luan equalised for Miniero, landing the accumulator! The game ended in a goalfest with Palmeiras winning 3-2.
