33/1 Friday Win Accumulator Lands!

What a start to the season we are having here at FST, after a fantastic August we have started September in exactly the same fashion! We have already landed the following accumulators:

33/1 Win Accumulator

We kicked off in The Netherlands as the first 3 games kicked off at 7. First up we needed a Telstar win as they took on a Dordrecht side in terrible form. Telstar cashed in on their opponents poor start to the season with a resounding 4-1 victory, 3 second half goals after a half time stalemate sealed the deal and brought in the first leg of the accumulator.

Go Ahead Eagles were next and after their perfect start to the season with 3 wins from 3 we saw a home game against a Volendam side who had picked up 1 point from their opening 3 games as a perfect opportunity to land leg too. The Eagles dominated the game from start to finish, taking a 13th minute lead. They doubled that lead in the 39th minute and when they bagged in the 58th minute it was game set and match and onto leg 3!

The next leg of the accumulator was a little bit more tricky. We needed Sparta Rotterdam to win by 2 or more goals and at half time this looked unlikely as the sides went in level. Sparta came out from the break the better and they broke through the oppositions defence in the 74th minute as Drenthe fired the home side 1-0 up. 1 became 2 in the 80th minute and the home side managed to hold out for a 2-0 win and leg 3 of our accumulator

The penultimate leg saw recently relegated Las Palmas look to continue their good start to the season at home to Gimnastic. They made no mistake in the scoring department netting 4 goals en route to a comfortable 4-0 demotion of their opponents.

Lastly we stayed in Spain as Mallorca took on Cadiz, and we needed Mallorca to win for the final leg. As all accumulators go the sweat was on here as we went deep into the second half with the score tied at 0-0 until in the 90th minute Lopez fired Mallorca into the lead sending our followers crazy! That was a lead they held on to and that saw our 33/1 accumulator land and keep the impressive start to the season up!
