Aston Villa vs Norwich
Correct Score Prediction: 1-0 Norwich
Aston Villa saw their five match unbeaten streak come to an end when Manchester City thrashed them in the FA Cup, and they followed it up by returning to their old ways in a 2-0 loss to West Ham in midweek. I think this will have put their confidence back down to zero, and Norwich will be hoping to take advantage of this. Both sides are struggling in front of goal at the moment, so I’m definitely not expecting any goalfest to occur here. A 1-0 win for Norwich looks like the best option to me.
Liverpool vs Sunderland
Correct Score Prediction: 3-1 Liverpool
Liverpool may be struggling to win matches at the moment, but a home match against one of the worst defensive sides in the Premier League represents a fantastic opportunity for them to give themselves a boost. Sunderland are pretty good going forward so I do think they can grab a goal, but with such a shoddy defence I’m expecting the hosts to bag a few goals. 3-1 to the home side looks like a good backing to me.
Newcastle vs West Brom
Correct Score Prediction: 1-1 Draw
West Brom are the draw specialists of the Premier League so far in 2015. They have drawn five of their last seven matches and I fancy them adding a 6th draw on Saturday. Newcastle’s January signings will take a while to gel in with each other and West Brom just seem incapable of finishing off games. Both sides are struggling in front of goal a bit too, so a low scoring draw of 1-1 is attracting me here.
Stoke vs Everton
Correct Score Prediction: 2-1 Everton
Stoke’s recent downturn is form needs turning around soon if Mark Hughes is to secure a top half finish in the Premier League. The hosts have only won one of their last five matches in all competitions and seem to struggle for creativity at times despite their flair-ridden squad of continental stars. Everton certainly don’t struggle for creativity, but their defence is awful and they have also been struggling to pick up wins. However, I think their excellent attack can help them secure a win against the out of form hosts on Saturday, and a 2-1 victory for Everton looks good to me.

Swansea vs Crystal Palace
Correct Score Prediction: 1-0 Swansea
Swansea’s new manager has helped turn their form around after such a dismal run of results. Francesco Guidolin has managed to put the confidence back into Swansea’s defensive line up and I think they’ll get a clean sheet against a Crystal Palace side who have only managed three goals in their last five matches. I fancy Swansea to bag a goal as well and resign Crystal Palace to yet another disappointing defeat on Saturday, so a 1-0 win for the hosts look good to me.
Tottenham Hotspur vs Watford
Correct Score Prediction: 3-1 Tottenham Hotspur
Tottenham Hotspur’s 3-0 win over Norwich in midweek made it five wins in a row for the emerging Premier League title challengers, and the likes of Dele Alli, Harry Kane, and Christian Eriksen are in excellent form. I think they’ll be on song at home against Watford on Saturday, and I expect their class to shine through. Watford are a good side though, so they could give the hosts a run for their money, but ultimately I think the in form Spurs attack will bag them a few goals, so 3-1 to the hosts looks good to me.
