The Long Haul: 28/1 BTTS six-fold accumulator for this week!

Before becoming a Sports Journalist for Free Super Tips, Aaron spent three years studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland while taking in the Black Cats' 'glory years' under Martin O'Neill. Now back in Northern Ireland he turns niche stats into predictions for FST, while he's one of the few people on this island who is equally comfortable at Windsor Park and the Aviva.

Wednesday and Thursday night feature a packed slate of games from the final rounds of the Champions League and Europa League, leading into another busy weekend of league action around Europe. I’ve taken a look through the week’s fixtures, picking out a BTTS acca spanning from Tuesday to Sunday.

You can see the 28/1 tip below, which was picked out with bet365. New bet365 customers can also take advantage of this great offer below!

Both Teams to Score Long Haul Accumulator

Tuesday – Blackpool vs Stockport

Blackpool snapped a three-game losing streak with Saturday’s 2-0 win over Northampton. The Seasiders have scored in their last nine League One games, while they’ve netted 23 goals across their 14 games at Bloomfield Road.

However, only two sides in the third tier have conceded more goals than Blackpool’s 39. Opponents Stockport have found the net in 10 of their 13 away games this term after their 1-1 draw at leaders Cardiff, but all of the visitors’ away clean sheets have come against teams in the relegation zone.

Wednesday – Barcelona vs FC Copenhagen

Barcelona shipped two goals in last week’s win over Slavia Prague, leaving them without a clean sheet across their seven League Phase games.

The Catalans have conceded at home to Olympiakos and Eintracht Frankfurt, and they host a Copenhagen side who are pushing to make the top 24. A 3-2 win at Villarreal left the Danish side outside of the qualifying spots on goal difference alone.

Barcelona need a win to leap into the top eight, but their defensive issues are expected to continue against a Copenhagen side who are chasing a result.

Thursday – Real Betis vs Feyenoord

This is a must-win clash for both sides, with Real Betis narrowly holding the final spot in the top eight, while Feyenoord are two points shy of the top 24.

The Dutch outfit have conceded 13 times across their seven League Phase games, while they were beaten 4-3 at FCSB in their last European trip.

Betis have scored twice in all three of their home games in the Europa League this term. Robin van Persie’s side should need to push forward at some stage to avoid a European exit, so back goals for both sides.

Friday – Lazio vs Genoa

Genoa’s first 11 matches finished with both teams scoring on only five occasions, but they’ve completely transformed since Patrick Viera’s sacking in November.

Both teams have scored in 10 of the Grifone’s last 14 matches, and they were 3-2 winners against Bologna on Sunday.

Lazio haven’t been free-scoring this season, but they have scored 13 times in their six home clashes with sides below them. They can play their part in an open game against a Genoa side that have scored and conceded in nine of their 10 matches on the road.

Saturday – Wolves vs Bournemouth

Both teams have scored in each of Bournemouth’s last eight Premier League games, and the Cherries haven’t kept a clean sheet across their previous nine away trips.

The Cherries have conceded 30 times on their travels, more than any other side in the division. They pit that awful record against a Wolves side who have shipped the second-most goals at home.

Rob Edwards has made Wolves more competitive, but they should struggle to contain a Cherries side that have scored 14 times across their last six matches.

Sunday – Hibernian vs Rangers

Rangers continued their excellent league form with a 3-0 win over Dundee, but they face a test of their title credentials at fifth-placed Hibernian.

Hibs have scored in 10 of their 11 home games this season, and they’ve won three of their previous four games at Easter Road.

Rangers are in great form in front of goal, and they’ve scored in all 11 away league games so far. However, the Gers head to Porto in midweek ahead of this trip, so they could struggle to contain a Hibs side that average two goals per game at home.
