We’re still close to two weeks shy of the Premier League’s return, but the next seven days feature Nations League, EFL and National League matches.
Below are my ten picks from the next seven days, which combine for a 3300/1 accumulator.
Top 10 Accumulator
Boreham Wood to win and both teams to score vs Kidderminster (Tuesday, 7pm)
National League leaders Boreham Wood have won eight of their 10 matches this season, and they’ve put together a three-game winning streak at home.
However, Boreham Wood are yet to keep a home clean sheet this term, and they are backed for another high-scoring win against a Kidderminster side that lost at home to Yeovil Town at the weekend.
Luxembourg to beat Iceland (Tuesday, 7:45pm)
Luxembourg have won four of their five matches in 2026, and they can build on that good run when they host Iceland.
After victories in Albania and Bulgaria, Luxembourg look good to see off an Iceland side that they beat 3-1 at home in 2023.
The visitors are winless in seven, suffering nine defeats across their last 16 competitive games.
Switzerland to win and both teams to score vs Scotland (Tuesday, 7:45pm)
Switzerland were 3-0 winners in North Macedonia on Saturday, which marked their first Nations League game outside the top tier.
The Swiss look good for an immediate return to the top division, following their run to the quarter-finals of the World Cup in the summer.
However, Scotland created chances in their draw with Slovenia at the weekend, and both teams have scored in nine of Switzerland’s last 13 matches.
Both teams to score in Eastleigh vs Southend United (Wednesday, 7:45pm)
Southend are second in the National League, but they fell to a 4-2 home defeat to Barrow last weekend. They’ve been happy to try to outscore opponents all season, with both teams scoring in nine of their last 10 matches.
Eastleigh have scored in all five home matches this season, while keeping only one clean sheet. They’ve found the net in eight straight National League outings, while BTTS has landed in five of their last six.
Norway to beat Wales (Thursday, 7:45pm)
Wales have lost their opening two games of this international break without scoring, with injury issues hampering Craig Bellamy’s side.
Norway suffered a 2-1 home defeat against Portugal on Sunday, but they created the majority of chances. They face an easier test in Cardiff, and they should be able to return to winning ways.
Austria to beat the Republic of Ireland (Thursday, 7:45pm)
Austria claimed 3-1 wins over Israel and Kosovo in Vienna, and they look like the strongest side in this Nations League group by a distance.
This has been a contentious international break for the Republic of Ireland, and they could be in for a tense reception in their only home game in this window.
Austria head into this clash having scored three times in four of their previous six matches, and they should prove too strong for an Irish side that is overreliant on Troy Parrott.
Over 2.5 Seattle Sounders goals vs Sporting KC (2:30am, Friday)
After snapping their winless run with a victory over Real Salt Lake, the Seattle Sounders claimed a 3-1 victory over Minnesota United last weekend.
The Sounders look capable of putting a run together, and they host the side with the fewest points in MLS this term.
Sporting KC have lost 17 of their 26 matches this term, and they’ve conceded three or more in eight of their 10 away defeats.
Bohemians to beat Dundalk (Friday, 7:45pm)
Bohemians have won four straight matches to move within a point of top spot in the League of Ireland. They can move level with St Pats and Shamrock Rovers on Friday with a win over struggling Dundalk.
Dundalk have lost four of their last six league games, and they’ve suffered three straight defeats at home. The Bohs have won nine of 15 away trips this season, including a 3-1 victory at Dundalk.
Eibar to beat Albacete (Saturday, 1pm)
Albacete’s loss at Girona on Friday was their sixth in seven matches this season, and they look vulnerable at home to promotion-hopefuls Eibar.
Albacete have lost all three home matches so far, while they were beaten 3-0 in this fixture back in April.
Eibar have made a perfect start on their travels this term with three wins, and they can ease to another victory on Saturday afternoon.
Grimsby Town to beat Shrewsbury (Saturday, 3pm)
Grimsby Town are in the playoff spots largely due to their home form, having picked up three wins from four in League Two this season.
Grimsby have beaten Crawley and Bristol Rovers 2-0 in their previous two home matches, and they host a Shrewsbury side that has lost at Tranmere, Fleetwood and Rochdale without scoring.
