Weekly Top 10: See this week's 1,000/1 acca

With the bumper international break out of the way, there’s a hectic slate of club football to come in the next few weeks.

The coming seven days are packed with midweek European action, before domestic leagues return on Friday. I’ve picked out 10 bets from the next week, which total for a 1017/1 acca.

Top 10 Accumulator

Bayern Munich to win and both teams to score vs Viking (Tuesday, 8pm)

Bayern Munich recorded a 5-0 win over Bodo Glimt in their first Champions League game of the season, and they can see off another Norwegian opponent on Tuesday night.

However, the Bavarians’ seven away games in Europe last season all finished with both teams scoring. They conceded in wins at PSG, Pafos and PSV Eindhoven in last year’s League Phase.

Over 2.5 Barcelona goals vs Galatasaray (Tuesday, 8pm)

Barcelona’s perfect start continued on Saturday as they secured a ninth straight win. The Catalan side have scored 39 times in that stretch, and they can further boost that tally in a visit to a Galatasaray side that has looked shaky in Europe.

Galatasaray’s defence was vulnerable in Europe last season, despite their run to the last 16. They opened this European campaign with a 3-1 loss to Sporting Lisbon, and another heavy loss could be on the cards.

Real Betis to win against FC Porto (Wednesday, 8pm)

Real Betis continued their great start with a 5-2 win over Osasuna on Sunday. They’ve now claimed six wins from eight in La Liga this term, while they’ve won all four of their home matches so far, including a 1-0 victory against Real Madrid.

Betis were 3-2 winners at Lille in their return to Champions League action. They can make it two wins from two against a Porto side that struggled on the road in the Europa League last season.

Aston Villa to beat Fenerbahce (Wednesday, 8pm)

Things have not gone to plan for Aston Villa in the Premier League this season, but Unai Emery’s side should thrive in Europe once again.

Villa beat Club Brugge 3-2 in their League Phase opener, and they meet a Fenerbahce side that struggled to deal with Roma in their last European game.

Emery’s side look much improved in the final third, having scored 12 goals across their last five, and they should have too much for Fenerbahce.

Bayer Leverkusen to win and both teams to score at Lech Poznan (Thursday, 5.45pm)

Bayer Leverkusen have won four of their last five matches, including making a winning start to their Europa League campaign.

Leverkusen were 4-3 winners at Mainz on Saturday, and they head to a Lech Poznan side that has scored in all but two of their 16 matches this season.

Ferencvaros to beat Viktoria Plzen (Thursday, 8pm)

Ferencvaros were 3-1 winners at Celtic in their first European game, and they can see off a Viktoria Plzen side that claimed a 1-1 draw in this fixture last season.

Plzen were unbeaten across their 10 Europa League games last term, but they’ve lost two of their last three European games this year.

Plzen fell to a 3-0 defeat at Red Star in qualifying, and they lost 3-0 at home to Union Saint-Gilloise last month.

Over 2.5 goals in Le Mans vs Toulouse (Friday, 7.45pm)

Le Mans suffered their second defeat of the season last weekend, but there’s little shame in losing at PSG. They remain unbeaten at home, and each of their first three home matches since returning to Ligue 1 have featured at least three goals.

Toulouse have shared three 2-2 draws on the road this term, while two of Le Mans’ first three home matches have finished with the same scoreline.

Everton to beat Chelsea (Saturday, 12.30pm)

Everton’s new ground did not end the hoodoo they hold over Chelsea, as they were 3-0 winners in their first meeting at Hill Dickinson Stadium last season.

That was Everton’s sixth win in eight home meetings with the Blues, and the defensive issues plaguing Xabi Alonso’s side make them look vulnerable on their return to Merseyside.

Everton have won two of their first three home league games this season, and they can trouble a Chelsea defence that has conceded 13 times in seven matches.

Over 1.5 Borussia Monchengladbach goals vs Hoffenheim (Sunday, 4.30pm)

Borussia Monchengladbach are bottom of the Bundesliga after losing all five games this season, but next up for them is a home meeting with second-bottom Hoffenheim.

Gladbach have lost 4-3 in both of their home matches this season, and they created plenty of chances in both of those defeats.

Hoffenheim have conceded three times in both of their away matches this season, and they finished the previous campaign with a 4-0 hammering at this ground.

FC Twente -1 handicap vs FC Utrecht (Sunday, 7pm)

Twente are fourth in the Eredivisie, largely due to their perfect record at home. They’ve won four from four at De Grolsch Veste, including a 3-2 victory over PSV Eindhoven.

Utrecht have conceded three or more goals in five of their previous seven matches, and they’ve lost each of their clashes with the top three by an aggregate score of 15-2. With Twente in fine form at home, they can cruise to another victory.
