Wolves have suffered nine defeats across their 10 clashes with the league’s top eight, while they’ve suffered six defeats in 11 away trips this term. Chelsea have posted good underlying numbers despite their recent struggles, so they can bounce back with a victory. However, they’ve conceded in all but one of their home matches, while Wolves average 1.55 goals per away trip.
Chelsea are in need of a win to turn their form around, so this may be a nervy clash. Wolves have conceded at least twice on eight occasions away from home this season, while they meet a Chelsea side that has conceded 13 times in 10 at home. Back the Blues to claim a fourth 2-1 win of the season.
Jackson struck two minutes into the reverse clash between these two and while he has gone five games without a goal, he keeps getting good chances. The forward recorded 1.1 xG against Bournemouth and his fortunes should turn soon, so back him to trouble a poor Wolves defence.
Nicolas Jackson to score

Enzo Fernandez to make an assist
Fernandez has quietly found his role within this Chelsea side, but that hasn’t yet translated into a real end result. However, the Argentine is posting some good numbers and he was influential in the clash with Bournemouth last week. He recorded 11 shot-creating actions, including eight passes which led to a shot. Had the Blues’ finishing been better, Fernandez would have added to his assist tally. That makes his 9/2 price look tempting here.
Matheus Cunha 1+ shot on target
Cunha has recorded at least one shot on target in six of his last seven appearances, while he’s had at least one shot on target in 12 of his last 16 matches. With Chelsea looking shaky at the back, expect Cunha to get another shot on target.
Moises Caicedo to make 2+ fouls
Wolves sit third in terms of counter-attacking goals in the Premier League this season and they’ll look to break frequently on the Blues. That leaves Caicedo with work to do and the midfielder has averaged 2.1 fouls per game in his role of breaking up opposition moves.
