We kicked things off in Colombia where Aguilas hosted Tolima and we went with Both Teams to Score in this one. It was a lively game with a total of 32 shot attempts between the two teams. The visitors took the lead in the 38th minute through Estupinan and that scoreline stood basically the entire game, until injury time. In injury time, Aguilas managed to capitalize and scored the equalizer which landed the first tip of our Acca.
Then we switched to Paraguay where we backed Linertad to beat Sp. Luqueno away from home. It wasn’t the best of starts for our team as they fell behind in the 9th minute. But, they managed to comeback just 7 mins into the 2nd half and the comeback was complete in the 83rd minute when Ferreira scored what was the winning goal and we were 2/2 on our Acca.
We went for another BTTS leg in our 3rd tip on the Acca, this time it was the Argentinian Superliga – Colong hosted Racing Club. It was a evenly matched affair and it took the two teams 64 mins to break the deadlock as Racing Club went ahead thanks to Zaracho. Despite only having 32% of possession, the home team didn’t give up and continued to press. They were rewarded in the 81st minute when Morelo leveled the score. There were no more goals scored in this one and we were down to one final leg!
That final leg was played in Colombia where Petrolera hosted La Equidad. In a game in which we saw 41 fouls and 10 yellow cards shown, it was the home team that made the most out of it. They recorded only two shots on target the entire match, but it was enough. They went ahead in the 34th minute and were lucky in this one as the visitors missed a penalty in the 88th minute, that was all she wrote and we could start celebrating yet another Accumulator winner!!
