FST kicked the weekend off in a perfect way as we landed a couple of excellent tips across golf, esports and NHL on Friday, including a stunning 45/1 shout in the Kenya Savannah Classic, a full-house from our esports expert and a continued run of form in our NHL tips!
van Tonder upsets the odds in Kenya to win at 45/1
A double bogey on the final hole of the Kenya Open ended Daniel van Tonder’s chances last week, but it did mean he flew under the radar when it came to the markets on the Kenya Savannah Classic this week!
It took a sudden-death playoff against Jazz Janewattananond, but van Tonder prevailed to win his first European Tour title and take home a tidy purse as well.
Most importantly, for us in any case, was the huge 45/1 price at the start of the tournament. Fantastic tipping from our golf experts!

10/1 and 11/4 esport tips land at the death
Friday’s esports tips went down to the wire, with the final matches for both multiples leaving us sweating until the final moment.
11/4 Double
- Astralis -1.5 Match Handicap vs Team Liquid
- New York Subliners -1.5 Match Handicap vs LA Guerrillas
Astralis were forced to overtime in both their maps against Liquid, but a monster performance by Nicolai “device” Reedtz forced them over the line. On the cusp of losing Map 2, the Dane landed the defining blow with an ace in Round 30. Astralis would go flawless in the subsequent overtime to secure a closely-fought 2-0 win.
It was the same case for the New York Subliners, who were down 199 to 240 in a race to 250 in Map 4 of their match against the LA Guerrillas. A remarkable 51-point hold secured a heart-racing 3-1 victory and our 11/4 double, but it was certainly a multiple of fine margins!

- Astralis -1.5 Match Handicap vs Team Liquid
- London Royal Ravens +1.5 Match Handicap vs LA Thieves
- New York Subliners -1.5 Match Handicap vs LA Guerrillas
The two further selections in the 10/1 Accumulator were far more straightforward, thankfully! Both Endpoint and the London Royal Ravens were underdogs heading into their respective matches, but massive performances meant the handicap wasn’t even required in the end, as they secured dominant outright victories.

NHL double winner makes it two out of three on Friday!
Our other sports tips continued to deliver late into Friday night as our NHL double landed for a second time in three days thanks to a comfortable win from Arizona Coyotes and a rather less comfortable win for Winnipeg Jets at home to Calgary Flames.
