Alongside Elfsborg, Hacken have emerged as one of Malmo’s closest competitors for the Allsvenskan title this season and they can keep the pressure on at the top of the table with victory at AIK on Saturday.

Hacken have won nine of their 14 league assignments in Sweden this year, scoring 36 goals in the process, and will be confident of landing another three-point haul in Stockholm.

In Ivory Coast-born winger Benie Traore, Hacken possess the league’s top scorer with 12 goals while Norwegian pair Even Hovland and Lars Olden Larsen have bagged five goals apiece in the Allsvenskan.

Lack of attacking firepower is hampering AIK

Hacken are the most prolific team in the Allsvenskan whereas their hosts AIK have managed only 11 goals in 13 league fixtures.

AIK are fresh from wins over Norrkoping and Brommapojkarna but those successes are their only two league victories of the season and they are in the thick of a relegation battle.
