Roma to secure all three points

Roma are in form and should be backed to continue their winning habit away at Cremonese on Sunday. The hosts are out of sorts right now, and Gian Piero Gasperini’s side can take advantage.

They are second in Serie A, nine places and ten points above Cremonese, with eight wins and three losses from their 11 games. The hosts are 11th, having won three, drawn five and lost three.

Roma kept up their recent winning trend with a 2-0 win over Udinese two weeks ago, making it five wins in the six matches in which they have been odds-on this season. They were 4/7 to win the game and comfortably obliged for favourite backers.

The home side have been vulnerable defensively. Cremonese have conceded six goals at home this season in Serie A – an average of 1.20 goals per game from five matches – and have failed to keep a clean sheet in six of their last seven games overall.

Cremonese are on a disappointing run, having failed to win eight of their last nine Serie A games. They have sustained two successive reverses and gone four home games without a win.

There have been under 2.5 goals in seven of Cremonese’s last nine Serie A games, and a 2-0 away win for Roma looks like a decent correct-score option.
