Inverness CT vs Hibernian Betting Tips & Predictions

Inverness CT’s poor run of form continued on Saturday as they lost 1-0 at home to Hamilton Academical, a result which made it six matches without victory for the hosts and leaves them just five points clear of the relegation playoff positions in the Scottish Premiership.

To be fair to Inverness CT, the majority of these games have been on the road, and at home they have only lost one of their last seven and have won four of these games.

Hibernian are also enduring a run of poor form. They have lost four and drawn one of their last five matches in all competitions, with their most recent defeat being on Sunday when they lost the Scottish League Cup Final to Ross County.

They are still looking at getting into the promotion playoff of the Scottish Championship though. They sit in 3rd position in the table, 13 points above Raith Rovers in 4th and three points behind 2nd placed Falkirk, but with two games in hand on them.

Inverness have an excellent record against Hibernian over the past few years, with five wins and three draws making up their eight meetings since their last defeat. They are also looking fairly good on home turf despite their defeat at the weekend, so I think odds of 8/11 for Inverness CT to Qualify are excellent value for money. I’m going for a 2-1 correct score prediction at 9/1 as well.
