      Juventus vs Genoa Predictions

Juventus have picked up 11 wins on the trot and they didn’t stay quiet on transfer deadline day either. There’s an unstoppable force feeling about this club right now, which for some reason is just that little bit more shocking after such a poor start to the season. Juventus dominated really from start to finish one year ago, and there’s still a chance that they could actually improve upon the efforts from that campaign. A home tie against Genoa isn’t the sort of match-up that is likely to cause them too many concerns, though keeping an 11-game winning streak going is no easy task.

Genoa have two wins and two draws in their last four games. They’ve edged a little further away from the relegation discussion and they’ve enjoyed some excellent results during that stretch beating Palermo and Atalanta by a combined 6-0 margin and drawing with Fiorentina.

      Head-to-Head

Even during their tough stretch of the season, Juventus managed to secure a 2-0 away win against Genoa in September. In 2014/15, Genoa were one of the few teams to actually secure a victory against the champions, beating them in Genoa 1-0 in October.

      Team News

Genoa essentially has a clean bill of health entering Wednesday night’s game, while Juventus are set to play without Mario Mandzukic, Patrice Evra and Kwadwo Asamoah for a prolonged stretch. Mandzukic is perhaps the biggest loss, but all three players will seriously hurt Juventus’ ability to mix up their squad and rotate around during a very busy month of football in February.

      Betting Tip Reason

Is anyone seriously going to bet against Juventus at this point? We get the BTTS NO win at 4/6, which isn’t a bad line considering Genoa’s goal-scoring record against the better teams in Serie A.
