Canaries to bounce back in style

Norwich have taken just one point from their last two Championship games, but they remain top of the standings and are unbeaten in nine at Carrow Road, with six of those matches ending in victory.

It should really be seven wins from nine on home soil for Daniel Farke’s side, as they wasted a number of chances when they were held to a 1-1 draw by QPR during the week, but that means Barnsley could be on the end of a backlash on Saturday.

The Canaries certainly have history on their side, as they have not lost a home game to Barnsley since 1937, a run of 18 matches.

Barnsley have at least scored on two of their last three visits to Carrow Road and they will head into this fixture in good form, as they have won 10 of their 15 games since Velerien Ismael was named manager in October.

The Tykes have also scored in five of their last six on the road and we are predicting them to net once again on Saturday, but we also see them being on the receiving end of a Norwich backlash, so our prediction of a 4-1 home victory could bear fruit.
