Poland and Both Teams To Score

Reason for tip

Poland are unbeaten in nine at home in all competitions while Turkey have failed to win any of their last four. The hosts should be able to extend their unbeaten streak with victory, however a goal for the visitors is not out of the question.

Poland 2-1

Reason for tip

Poland have scored 10 goals across their last three home matches while Turkey have scored just two across their last four. With Poland conceding in each of their last two home fixtures, the visitors could still grab a consolation in defeat and a 2-1 final score draws some appeal.

Poland vs Turkey Predictions

  • Poland are unbeaten in nine home matches in all competitions
  • Turkey have failed to win any of their last four, losing two
  • The Crescent-Stars were victorious in their last meeting with Poland – 2-1 back in 1993

Eagles can soar past Turks in final warm-up encounter

With Euro 2024 just over the horizon, both Poland and Turkey will be hoping they can go into the tournament in Germany in winning form and the hosts could have enough about them to do just that in Warsaw.

Poland have look revitalised since the appointment of Michal Probierz as manager, winning four and losing none of his seven games in charge of the Eagles – including an impressive 3-1 win over Ukraine last time out and a penalty shootout victory over Wales that sealed qualification for the finals.

Turkey enjoyed a successful qualification campaign as they topped Group D with 17 points but their recent dip in form will be a cause for concern for manager Vincenzo Montella after going winless across their last four – including a damaging 6-1 defeat in Austria.

The Eagles have been strong at home in recent fixtures and should be able to continue this form against an out-of-form Turkey side. However, Poland have conceded in both of their last four and so the visitors could grab a consolation, with our prediction being a 2-1 victory for the hosts.
