Real Madrid vs Sporting Gijon Betting Tips

Zidane got off to a great start with a 5-0 win over Deportivo La Coruna in his first game last weekend. The club legend couldn’t have wished for a better opening which was inspired by a Gareth Bale hat-trick but off the pitch it has been another poor week for the club.

Sporting have lost 8 of their last 10 matches in all competitions which has seen them fall into the bottom three and they are trying to avoid a 4th consecutive defeat here. It was always likely to be a difficult season for the newly promoted club and they could really do with some re-enforcements this month.

Real Madrid have won only failed to win 2 of their 13 home games this season and it’s hard to see them slipping up here. Sporting Gijon have lost all of their last 7 on the road and the last 4 have all been to nil so consider backing Real Madrid to win to nil at 4/5 here.

It could just be a question of how many they want to score and it should be another very comfortable outing for Zizou’s men. They’ve scored 30 goals in their last 5 home games and an easy 4-0 home win looks a decent shout at 7/1 here.
