Minnesota United are worth backing to get an away win at St Louis. They have gone ten MLS away games with only one defeat and can extend that unbeaten run at CITYPARK.

They have won 11 games, drawn eight and lost five, leaving them 23 points clear of St Louis, who have four wins, six draws and 13 defeats.

St Louis could not break their losing habit last time, going down 3-0 at home to FC Dallas, who had gone five MLS games without a win.

St Louis have not won in six of their last seven MLS matches, with five of those games ending in defeat.

It would be no surprise to see Minnesota get on the scoresheet, having scored two or more goals in 13 of their 24 MLS games this season.

They have conceded just 13 goals in 12 away games this season – an average of just over a goal a game.

A 2-1 away win for Minnesota looks like a decent correct-score bet. Both teams have scored in six of St Louis’ last eight MLS matches and they have lost by a single goal eight times in the league.
