This is a top-of-the-table clash, and leaders Coventry look likely to edge it.

Cov, who have nine wins, four draws and one loss from their 14 games, are going up against second-placed Stoke, who have won eight, drawn three and lost three.

Coventry beat Sheffield United 3-1 in their last Championship game, making it six wins in the ten matches in which they have been odds-on this season. They have won three of the four games this season in which they’ve shipped the first goal (75%).

The hosts look vulnerable at the back – Stoke have failed to keep a clean sheet in five of their last seven Championship home games.

Coventry are in fine attacking form, having scored three goals or more in seven of their 14 Championship games this season. They have found the net in 13 of their last 15 league matches, including a 5-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday last month.

The visitors have momentum on their side, with Coventry having been winners in seven of their last eight Championship games. They have also won three of their last four away matches.

A 2-0 away win for Coventry looks a decent correct-score option. They won the last Championship clash between these sides 3-2, but at least one of the teams failed to score in five of the last six meetings.
