52/1, 50/1, & 13/1 Champions League tips for Tuesday

Before becoming a Sports Journalist for Free Super Tips, Aaron spent three years studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland while taking in the Black Cats' 'glory years' under Martin O'Neill. Now back in Northern Ireland he turns niche stats into predictions for FST, while he's one of the few people on this island who is equally comfortable at Windsor Park and the Aviva.

Tuesday’s Champions League action features an incredible clash between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, while Arsenal’s nerves will be put to the test in Lisbon.

With two excellent games to kick-off the quarter-finals, I’ve put together a 50/1 fourfold for the Arsenal game, a 13/1 double for the clash in Madrid, and a 52/1 cross-match treble. All three tips are priced up with Paddy Power, and they can be found below.

Sporting vs Arsenal Ultimate Bet Builder

Luis Suarez to score anytime

Suarez has filled the gap left by Arsenal’s Victor Gyokeres in the summer, netting an impressive 24 Primeira Liga goals so far this term. The forward has also scored five Champions League goals, netting in home clashes with Club Brugge, PSG, and Bodo Glimt.

He scored in seven of his last eight appearances for Sporting, and he’s found the net in five of his last six home games for the Portuguese champions.

Bukayo Saka 1+ shot on target

Saka’s displays this season have drawn some criticism, but the winger has been making an impact in the final third of late. He’s recorded a shot on target in seven of his last nine games for Arsenal, and he has recorded seven efforts on goal across his last three starts.

Saka has 13 shots on target in his six Champions League starts this term, and he can add to that tally in Lisbon.

Ivan Fresneda to be carded

The sight of Saka should worry Sporting left-back Ivan Fresneda, as he has six bookings in Portugal’s top-flight this season. While he’s got a better disciplinary record in Europe, his overall tally of nine cards suggests he should struggle to deal with the threat Arsenal pose down their right flank.

The Gunners have either Jurrien Timber or Ben White in support of Saka, while Noni Madueke came on to play on the right wing in the second half of their visit to Leverkusen. Fresneda has been booked in two of Sporting’s last three home games, including the clash with Bodo, so back him for a card on Tuesday.

Kai Havertz to be carded

Havertz is a favourite of Arteta’s, and he usually features in these difficult trips. The German started the visit to his old club Bayer Leverkusen, and he got the nod in the EFL Cup final.

Havertz picked up his only card of the campaign against Leverkusen, but he should add to that tally after returning to full fitness. He was booked six times in an injury-hit 24/25 campaign, and he received 14 bookings in 23/24.

13/1 Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich double

Michael Olise to score & be carded

Olise scored twice at Atalanta in the last round, and the Frenchman also picked up a card in that win. He made a crucial impact off the bench at Freiburg on Saturday, assisting Bayern’s equaliser and finishing with 0.58 Expected Goals to boot. However, he was also shown his ninth yellow card of the campaign in that game, so he appeals at 13/1 to both score and be carded.

If you’re looking for an even bigger price, this double, combined with our fourfold on the Arsenal game, clocks in at a huge 769/1 at the time of writing.
