FST’s followers woke up to a treat on Sunday morning as our Americas Accumulator landed at a tasty 15/1 on Saturday night!

This followed another Bet of the Day winner on Saturday evening (our second in a row!) and a couple of frustrating but promising near misses throughout the course of the day.

Read on to find out how they did it…

Two Bet of the Day winners across two sports

Bet of the Day winner

Those tuning into the Portuguese Primeira Liga on Saturday night were treated to a feast of goals as our Bet of the Day landed. Viewers were forced to wait until the second half for the dominant Porto to make the breakthrough, but once they breached Boavista’s back line the goals came in a flood.

Jesus Corona opened the scoring in the 47th minute before Sergio Oliveira doubled the advantage 12 minutes later. A four minute Moussa Marega brace put the result beyond doubt before Luiz Diaz rounded off a 5-0 triumph in injury time to make it back-to-back Bet of the Day winners for FST.

Today’s Bet of the Day averts our gaze to Italy as AC Milan take on Crotone at 17:00, with our experts suggesting a comfortable Milanese victory is on the cards. You can find tonight’s bet, and all the rest of our betting tips for today, on our football predictions page.

NBA bet of the day winner

We headed over to a different continent for our second Bet of the Day winner as the focus turned to the NBA playoffs.

A LA Lakers win over the Denver Nuggets saw the Overs line smashed as the Lakers won 117 – 107, with all the accolades going to LeBron James and Anthony Davis. The two Forwards scored 55 points between them, 15 more than the two highest scoring Nuggets players.

That was our second NBA Bet of the Day winner on the bounce, and you can find tonight’s selection on our NBA predictions page.

FST hits the post with two more accas

It wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows over the lands of FST, though. Two promising accumulators were let down by just a single leg, ruining what would have been a true blockbuster of a day!

Werner drought lets the Saturday Scorers tip down

goalscorer predictions

When Chelsea’s trip to West Brom rolled around at 17:30, our 23/1 Saturday Scorers tip was looking in fine shape. Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Adam Armstrong had put us in a fantastic position with their goals in the 3pm fixtures, and Chelsea’s new attacker looked in prime position to get his first Chelsea goal at a Baggies side that had shipped eight goals in two games so far this season.

Unfortunately the 24-year-old German’s miniature goal drought continued despite the high scoring affair. We then saw Romelu Lukaku bang in a 87th minute goal in Inter Milan’s 4-3 win over Fiorentina, leaving us bemoaning Werner’s unexpected slow start at Stamford Bridge.

Finger’s crossed for better luck today, where our Sunday Scorer’s tip backs Calhanoglu, Jimenez, Ronaldo and Messi to find the net. You can find it on our goalscorer tips page.

Augsburg shock Dortmund to end our Afternoon Accumulator

accumulator prediction

Werner’s blank wasn’t our first near miss of the day. Earlier on Saturday our 24/1 Afternoon Acca hopes were brought to an end by Borussia Dortmund shock 2-0 defeat at Augsburg. Here are the rest of the results:

  • Wycombe 0 – 2 Swansea
  • Torino 2 – 4 Atalanta
  • Augsburg 2 – 0 Borussia Dortmund
  • Cardiff 1 – 2 Reading
  • QPR 1 – 1 Middlesbrough
