17/1 Bet Builder Tip for Palace vs Man City in the FA Cup final

Sports Journalist at FST, Gareth qualified as a journalist after graduating from university and spent over a decade as a freelance broadcast journalist, commentator and tipster before joining FST. The FA Cup final takes place on Saturday as two-time runners-up Crystal Palace bid to make it third time lucky when they face Manchester City at Wembley.
Palace reached their final final in 1990 and then lost out in the showpiece in 2016 as they await a maiden win in the world’s oldest cup competition, while City are seven-time winners and they finished as runners-up last year after taking the title in 2023.
I’ve covered the game in detail in our dedicated Match Predictions section and have now delved into the player markets to build this five-selection 17/1 FA Cup Final Bet Builder Tip.

17/1 FA Cup Final Bet Builder Tip
Kevin De Bruyne To Score Or Assist
Kevin De Bruyne will leave Manchester City in the summer and the Belgian seems determined to go out on a high after a decade of service. Since confirming his departure, De Bruyne has two goals and one assist in six games and he can either get on the scoresheet or set up a team-mate at Wembley.
Daniel Munoz To Have 1+ Shots
Daniel Munoz has taken 18 shots in his last 17 appearances for Palace, including three against Tottenham on Saturday.
The marauding full-back scored in the 2-2 draw between these sides at Selhurst Park earlier this season, and could surge forward and cause the City defence a few issues at Wembley.
Ismaila Sarr To Have 1+ Shots On Target
Ismaila Sarr was Palace’s semi-final hero as he scored twice against Aston Villa, and he was on target against Fulham in the previous round. In the league, the Senegal international has a respectable scoring record and averages 1.4 attempts per-game, with exactly half of those recorded as on target, and he can at least record one shot on target against Manchester City.
Marc Guehi To Commit 1+ Fouls
Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi averages 0.7 fouls-per-game in the Premier League and has been called up for at least one infringement in nine of his last 10 games – committing 12 fouls in total across that period.
Bernardo Silva To Be Fouled 1+ Times
Bernardo Silva has been fouled at least once in six of his last seven appearances, and in two of those games he was fouled on multiple occasions.
