The international break is upon us and the Premier League feels a world away right now. However, that doesn’t mean we have to go without football for the coming days.

There’s still action to enjoy this week, even before the UEFA Nations League kicks-off on Wednesday. We’ve gone through all of the action from Monday to Friday and picked out a tip for each day, which combine to make this week’s 31/1 Long Haul Accumulator.

31/ Long Haul Accumulator

Monday – Crusaders vs Coleraine

Tip: Coleraine to win

These two sides are in decent form, but Crusaders’ recent good results at home follow on from a tough run last season. They’re three unbeaten at home in the league, but Coleraine claimed a 1-0 victory here before that run kicked off.

The visitors have won three of their last four away trips, scoring 14 goals in that run. The visitors have also managed to win three of the last four meetings between the pair, with all four of those clashes coming in 2021. As a result, backing the visitors to pick up the points in Monday’s live Sky game.

Tuesday – Bromley vs Weymouth

Tip: Both teams to score

Weymouth have seen both teams score in seven consecutive matches ahead of Tuesday’s visit to Bromley. However, the hosts rallied to come from 1-0 down to beat Grimsby 3-1 in their last game, so expect a spectacle here.

Bromley have already shipped 10 goals in just seven matches but they have scored in every game along the way. Weymouth are clearly capable of taking advantage of the hosts’ leaky defence, but with the visitors looking too open it’s worth backing goals in this one.

Wednesday – Italy vs Spain

Tip: Both teams to score

From the National League to the Nations League now, as Italy chase their second trophy of 2021. However, Spain are seeking revenge for their semi-final exit at the Euros. As we saw at Wembley in the summer, there’s little between these two.

Spain have stepped things up going forward, finishing Euro 2020 by scoring 12 goals across their final four matches, Since their 1-1 draw with Italy, the Spanish have scored seven times in three games. Italy conceded in their final four matches at the Euros and they drew 1-1 with Bulgaria last month, so back both defences to be breached.

Thursday – Belgium vs France

Tip: Both teams to score

Thursday’s Nations League semi-final looks likely more open than the first, so we could have quite the game on our hands here. Belgium traditionally thrill going forward and infuriate defensively under Roberto Martinez, as seen in a 5-2 win over Estonia last month.

However, France have seen both teams score in five of their last six and the absence of N’Golo Kante isn’t likely to help on that front. Both sides have incredible options going forward and with both defences failing to impressive back goals in this clash too.

Friday – Tranmere Rovers vs Colchester United

Tip: Tranmere to win

Back UK action for the final leg and Friday’s League Two clash offers a chance for Tranmere to leap into the playoff spots. They’ve impressed of late with four wins in six and at home Rovers should have too much for struggling Colchester.

The visitors have failed to score in their last three league games, while they visit a Tranmere side who have won their last four at home. Despite their contrasting fortunes you can still back Tranmere at a good price this week, so we’re rounding off this tip with a home victory.
