Christmas came early at FST on Sunday as we treated our followers to a premature present in the form of one huge winner and a couple of more modest successes!

The headline act was a massive 63/1 Correct Score Double, but it was far from our only positive result of the day. Let’s have a look at how it unfolded:

How to follow our tips

Missed out on some of these winners? Not to worry!

We have a whole host of daily tips across a number of major sports, including football predictions for every single game in the top five European leagues.

You can find all our football bets over on our football tips page, while our NBA, NHL, MLB and other sporting tips can be found on our sports tips page.

All these tips can be added straight to your betslip if you have a bet365, Betfair, Paddy Power, or William Hill account.

63/1 Correct Score Double lands at the death

Followers of Sunday’s Correct Score Double were made to wait until 19:45 for kick-off and it was a nervy ride to the end, with FST headquarters going wild in the dying embers.

Here’s our tips, and the results:

  • 1-1 draw in Lille vs PSG
  • Inter Milan to win 2-0 at Lazio

With both games kicking off at the same time, it was a challenge to keep up with everything going on in France and Italy and we were made to wait a while for the first goal in this double.

Lautaro Martinez put Inter Milan into the lead just before the break and Marcus Thuram added to the scoreline 25 minutes before the final whistle. Now we just needed the scoreline to hold and, thanks in part to a red card for Lazio’s Manuel Lazzari, that is exactly what happened.

It wasn’t such a smooth ride in Lille, though, with yours truly tipping up a 1-1 draw in the Lille vs PSG preview.

Our main tip – Under 2.5 goals – looked a banker as the duo headed into the break goalless, with Kylian Mbappe breaking the deadlock in the 66th-minute from the penalty spot.

Lille started to ramp up the pressure after falling behind but it looked like PSG would scrape the win but our huge winner was saved at the death by Jonathan David, who capitalised on a couple of scrappy deflections to head in from close range in the 94th minute!

What an ending!

11/1 Match Goals Acca headlines other winners

Followers who started their betting a bit earlier were still treated to a few tasty winners, though, with our 14/1 Match Goals Accumulator proving the best of the bunch.

Here’s what we tipped:

  • Over 2.5 goals – Udinese vs Sassuolo
  • Over 2.5 goals – West Ham vs Wolves
  • Under 2.5 goals – Real Sociedad vs Real Betis
  • Under 2.5 goals – Lille vs PSG

And the results:

  • Udinese 2-2 Sassuolo
  • West Ham 3-0 Wolves
  • Real Sociedad 0-0 Real Betis
  • Lille 1-1 PSG

Unlike the Correct Score Double winner above, this one gave us very little trouble in the adrenaline department.

The two early kick-offs both saw first-half goals to get us up and running, with Udinese going 2-0 up just after the break before Domenico Berardi mounted a comeback for Sassuolo. The game ended 2-2, but our interest in it was done by the 75th-minute.

It was similar scenes at the London Stadium where a first-half double from Mohamed Kudus put us in good stead before Jarrod Bowen rounded off the victory – and our tip – in the 74th-minute.

Fortunately for our nerves, the later fixtures both flew in without a hitch. Real Betis’ trip to San Sebastian never looked in danger of turning into a thriller, and we already covered the low-scoring draw in Lille above.

Easy going for our followers.

2 Doubles and 3 Best Bets round off Sunday’s winners

We were also treated to five more modest winners on Sunday, starting with a handicap double which landed thanks to Rangers’ narrow win over Aberdeen in the Scottish League Cup final and Real Madrid’s 4-1 thrashing of Valencia.

Later on and across an ocean, a high-scoring affair in Arizona, followed by Buffalo Bills beating Dallas Cowboys, landed our NFL Double.

Sticking in the US, Baltimore Ravens’ late-night win in Jacksonville landed our NFL Best Bet and the Vegas Golden Knights won at home to Ottawa Senators to bring NHL success to the table.

And finally, back in the football world, PSV extended their perfect start to the Eredivisie season with a 4-0 demolition of AZ, landing our fourth Bet of the Day in the last five days!
