Anderlecht vs Tottenham Hotspur Betting Tips

Anderlecht’s impressive looking unbeaten streak came to an end in their second group game of the Europa League when they suffered a 1-0 defeat in Azerbaijan at the hands of Qarabag.

This was their first loss in eight matches in all competitions, and they followed it up with a disappointing draw at home to Mechelen.

In fact, they have only won one of their last five games in all competitions, although this was an impressive 4-1 defeat of Manchester City.

While they may not be in the best of form at the moment, there is no doubting that Spurs are a hard to beat team. The high pressure they put on the opposition denies them of space, and it has helped the keep their loss tally for the season to just two defeats from 12 matches.

I don’t think that Anderlecht have the quality to operate under the Spurs’ high pressing style, so I’m not expecting a home win.
