Rovers to return with all three points

Birmingham have failed to win any of their last five Championship games, but when you focus just on their home form things look even worse, as they have taken just one point from their last seven matches at St Andrews’.

Aitor Karanka’s side have also been conceding goals at an alarming rate, letting in four in each of their last two home games against Middlesbrough and Derby.

Blackburn’s form has also been questionable of late, but Rovers do remain free-scoring, as they have netted the join-most goals in the Championship this season, while their tally of 18 on the road cannot be bettered.

However, Tony Mowbray’s side also struggle to keep teams out at the other end, as they have failed to keep a clean-sheet in nine, so we are predicting Birmingham to at least get on the scoresheet.

That is likely to be as good as it gets for the Blues’ though, as we are predicting Blackburn to add to their home misery by claiming a 2-1 victory to take back to Ewood Park.
