Bradford vs AFC Wimbledon Predictions
- Bradford have won four straight league games ahead of this.
- Wimbledon are currently on a run of four straight league defeats.
- Wimbledon failed to win in four of their last five visits to Bradford.
Back the Bantams to keep on rolling
It’s been an incredible start to the season so far for Bradford City, who are unbeaten in seven of their nine league games (W5, D2) in a run which leaves them amongst the early season play-off contenders.
Not only this, Mark Hughes’ men are as yet unbeaten at home in the league (W3, D2) as they seek another positive result at home against a struggling Wimbledon side. The visitors come into this on the back of a cup win, although their league form is simply dreadful, with the Dons registering four straight defeats.
That run of form leaves Johnnie Jackson’s men firmly in the bottom-half of the table, and with just one travelling win from five so far this term, it’s hard to see Wimbledon doing much to change that in this tough looking encounter.
Stick with the favourites
The price isn’t pretty, but backing Bradford seems to be the smart play here considering they have both momentum and home advantage. That’s not to mention that Wimbledon scored just once across their last four league games, losing three times without reply!
To cover such an outcome, we’re sticking with a small stakes punt on a 2-0 home win.
