Watertight rear-guard

Braga are nine games unbeaten since an opening matchday defeat and haven’t conceded a goal since October 3rd.

A 3-0 win on Monday night extended their run at home to six games without defeat while also keeping their fifth consecutive clean sheet. The second of which came in a 1-0 win over Ludogorets a fortnight ago to leave Braga second in Group F just one point behind Red Star at the halfway stage.

Hosts to outshine struggling Ludogorets

Ludogorets have won each of their three matches since these teams met in the reverse fixture but their domestic form starkly contrasts with their outings in Europe.

The Bulgarian outfit are bottom of the group with just a point failing to score in each of their last two fixtures and the visitors come into the tie without a win in 15 Europa League group stage or knockout matches.

Braga have been in brilliant form of late and with Ludogorets averaging 0.09 xG per 90 in the Europa League it is fair to suggest they will be shut out here. The home side to win 2-0 is a great price in this one.
