Braga vs Servette Predictions

Braga can kick on from previous round win

Braga made lighteasy work of Maccabi Peta Tikva in the previous round as they met expectations with a dominant victory, and there is little to suggest they will be stopped by Servette this time around. Considering it was their first two competitive games of the season, they will be pleased with the manner of the victory.

Servette will provide a tougher test for the Portuguese side and have shaken off some pre-season rust with an early start to their league campaign, but they are lagging behind on paper compared to the hosts.

The likes of Simon Banza, Bruma and Joao Moutinho have all played at this level and higher for many years now, and the Swiss side don’t have the squad to match.

I expect the hosts to dominate this from the off, and have plenty of the ball and the bulk of the chances, with a home win and a 2-0 correct score prediction preferred.
